5th Coronation Anniversary: CEPEJ Boss Says Gbaramatu Kingdom Monarch’s Peaceful Reign Very Commendable.

A prominent Chief of Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, Chief Sheriff Mulade has stated that the reign of the Pere of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Oboro Gbaraun the II, Aketekpe, Agadagba, has ushered in relative peace to the kingdom.

Mulade, the Ibe-sorimowei of the kingdom stated this in Warri, said the 5-year reign of the monarch has ushered in peace, that helped to boost oil and gas production out in the undeveloped kingdom.

Chief Mulade who is also the National Coordinator of the Center for Peace and Environmental Justice CEPEJ, implored the federal, State and Local Governments as well as multi national oil and gas companies operating in the area to pay more attention in development of Gbaramatu Kingdom.

He pointed out that Gbaramatu Kingdom will only witness more development if all sons and daughters of the land begin to play their roles.
