The Assistant State Treasurer, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and globally acclaimed Nollywood star, Hon. Chief Rita Daniels Chukwuji, has Congratulated Hon. Chief Isaac Anwuzia on his appointment as Political Adviser to the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.
Hon. Chief Rita Daniels made this disclosure yesterday, 7th June 2021, in Ogwashi-Uku, Aniocha South LGA Headquarters during the Celebration of Chief Isaac Anwuzia’s appointment at Ogwashi-Uku. His Excellency, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa had earlier sworn-in Chief Isaac Anwuzia alongside 8 other Advisers with the new SSG in Unity Hall, Government House Asaba, Delta State.
The former Councillor, Supervisory Councillor in Aniocha South LGA told newsmen that she was very glad that her Political Leader, Hon. Chief Isaac Anwuzia was appointed as the Political Adviser to His Excellency, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.
According to her, “It is a well deserved appointment”.
Our heart’s desire and unalloyed commitment is to ensure that PDP continue to wax strong in Aniocha South LGA. We need more engagement. That is, more effective hands to work”.
“We want the Governor to encourage, especially the women by involving them more in state activities and affairs.
And my advice to our Political Leaders is that, they should not be sentimental about people’s involvement”.
“We need to bump off the issue of Political camp so as to help everyone feel accepted and have sense of belonging. His Excellency, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa needs to get more capable hands, especially the women to be more involved in his cabinet”. She added.
