UNESCO Laureate and World Grand President, International Chartered World Learned Society (ICWLS), H.R.H Duke of Kingdom of Atlantis in Singapore, Prof Sir Bashiru Aremu, has endorsed Prof Mohammad Rafi, the Founder/Chancellor of e-SkillGrow Virtual University, India for ICWLS’s Global Golden Awards, while commending Prof Mohammad Rafi’s uncommon talents, service to humanity and contributions to global technology education and development.
