…….ICWLS’s Global Golden Awards: Former Attorney-General of Osun State Bags Global Awards As “Most Notable & Top Distinguished Elder Statesman Of 21st Century”.

Asiwaju (Leader) of Iwoland & Former Attorney-General of Osun State, Chief Barr. Adedeji Gbadegesin, has been honoured, received a Golden Award from the leadership of ICWLS’s. The Former Attorney-General of Osun State Bags Global Awards As “Most Notable & Top Distinguished Elder Statesman Of 21st Century”, a global recognition from International Chartered World Learned Society, a United States-based organization, with offices in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Oceania.
Former Attorney-General of Osun State, Chief Barr Adedeji Gbadegesin was honored by ICWLS and also been conferred with the Life Fellowship of the Society (in the field of Common Law), according to a letter addressed to High Chief Barr Adedeji Gbadegesin by the private Secretary to UNESCO Laureate, Prof. Dr (Sir) S. R. Boselin Prabhu on behalf of the Society.
While conferring the awards on High Chief Barr. Adedeji Gbadegesin at his Iwo office in Osun State recently, the World Grand President of the Society, UNESCO Laureate Prof. Sir Bashiru Aremu, noted that the recognition of Adedeji was based on his pedigree, competence and excellent performance and contributions to the growth and development of Judiciary and legal profession; his enthusiasm and leadership style as well as decades of political experience as a seasoned Legal luminary towards the maintenance of peace and justice in the society.
The insignia of the awards included certificates, a half moon glass, a muffler, a silver medal, a plaque and other instruments of the Society which were presented in recognition of “the avocation, enthusiasm and reputation of the honouree”.
UNESCO Laureate who decorated the Asiwaju of Iwoland and Former Anthoney General of Osun State, Nigeria, High Chief Adedeji Gbadegesin Esq stated that, Asiwaju of Iwoland means “Leader of Iwoland”. He added that the Former Anthoney General of Osun State, Nigeria was a former lecturer in Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. Also that, Chief Adedeji Gbadegesin Esq is presently the Chairman of APC in Osun State. According to him, Chief Barr. Adedeji Gbadegesin has held several political appointments, various political positions in Nigeria.
UNESCO Laureate while congratulating the Iwo born seasoned, Elder Statesman, Legal Luminary, Scholar, Lawyer Esq on behalf of the World Grand Board of Directors, ICWLS, including Prof. Sir Sarfraz Lloyd of Oceania, Prof. Sir Abhiram Kukshreshtha of Asia, Prof. Sir M. Howard Pilley of Europe and Prof. Sir Luis Emilio Abad of the Americas, Prof. Aremu urged the recipient not to relent in his efforts of adding value to humanity.
According to Prof. Sir Aremu, who is also the Vice Chancellor Crown University Int’l Chartered Inc, USA with its teaching hospital located in Santa Cruz, Argentina , Brazil South America, Spain and other partners Constituents Campuses at government regulated Universities Worldwide and online operation, ICWLS Boss stated that, the Iwo born former Attorney-General of Osun State, Chief Adedeji Gbadegesin Esq as a shining example of diligence, excellence and competence from whom the present and future generations will continue to draw inspiration.
While responding to the presentation of awards, Chief Adedeji Gbadegesin Esq appreciated the World Grand President and the ICWLS Board of Directors for deeming him worthy of the honour. You could recall that Chief Adedeji Gbadegesin Esq has a good tract records in the legal profession, Osun State and Nigeria in general.
Chief Barr. Adedeji Gbadegesin stressed that he considered the recognition, honour done to him by the leadership of ICWLS as a call to service to humanity. He also, expressed willingness to leverage the membership of the the Global Institution in achieving the tripartite mandate of their legal profession viz teaching, research and community services.
