The leadership of Delta Youth Coalition (DYC), has Commended the leadership of Delta Supporters of Successive Governments & Societal Growth (SSGSG) on group’s recent award of excellence to DYC’s President- General, Comrade Chibuzor Agunwa (A.k.a Mr Dash) in recognition his hard work, philanthropy, positive impact in the Delta’s, Nigeria’s political and socio-political space as well as group’s efforts towards contributing to the victorious outing of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Delta State Governor, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori in the 2023 Governorship elections, Senatorial, House of Representatives and House of Assembly Elections in Delta state.
Comrade Chibuzor Agunwa (popularly known as Mr Dash) made this known to our reporter on Monday, September 25, 2023, in a press statement made available to some group of Journalists in Asaba, the Delta State capital.
You could recall that Delta Supporters of Successive Governments Societal & Growth (SSGSG) leadership has on September 22, 2023 in Asaba organized, celebrated individuals, volunteers and friends who supported, steered Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori to victory in the 2023 Governorship elections. The President-General, Delta Youth Coalition (DYC), Comrade Chibuzor Agunwa (A.k.a Mr Dash) was honored with an excellence awards by SSGSG leadership led by its award coordinator, Ernest Oghenekaro Agwanrevbianre (A.k.a Porch Media) as mark respect to Agunwa’s contributions to the advancement of the society.
DYC is a formidable pro-PDP, democracy, grassroots-based, good governance advocate, playing other roles such as youths empowerment, community services, humanitarian interventions as a socio-political pressure with excellent political antecedents, capacity to deliver on the mandate, a group made of people from different associations, youth groups, women groups, professionals, business moguls, comprises thousands of Youths membership across the three Senatorial Districts, 25 LGAs, entire political wards, polling units of Delta State.
Comrade Chibuzor Agunwa who restated his commitment to the course of supporting, giving succor to the Less-privilege, vulnerable Citizens, Deltans, Nigerians used medium to dedicate award to God , Deltans and Mr Dash foundation.
He noted that his recognition by the leadership of SSGSG in Asaba as the most consistent politician, selfless Leader poised towards the promotion of Delta’s, Nigeria’s political stability and human capital development.
Agunwa, a Diploma holder and graduate of Economics from Africa International Institute For Professional Training & Research as well as Crown University Int’l Chartered Inc , USA, DYC Boss added that, he will be highly committed to Oborevwori’s administration M.O.R.E agenda policy and undivided loyalty to the leadership of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta state and Nigeria in general.
Agunwa noted further that DYC will continue to give every needed support to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori to succeed and the leadership of the PDP in Delta State to achieve the M.O.R.E agenda policy for all Deltans. Oborevwori’s M.O.R.E agenda he said means a continuity in governance designed to deepen the developmental strides of former Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s administration. According to him, DYC has done several empowerments, grassroots political sensitization, advocacy and training programs to support Youths and women development and advance the course of humanity in general.
The statement by DYC reads in parts: “We also commend the leadership of Delta SSGSG for recognizing, honoring me, DYC as a group and other individuals who had in one way other distinguished themselves, working hard to advance society, uplift humanity, promote political stability and human capital development in Delta State and Nigeria in general. This award is dedicated to God, Deltans and Mr Dash foundation. I pledge more support to the course of the less privileged Deltans and Nigeria and the rest of the world”.
“We use this medium to urge all Deltans to support Oborevwori’s administration. He is working assiduously to make employment opportunities available for our teaming Youths, promote peace and security, economic development, infrastructural development and most importantly human capital development. We pray for God’s wisdom to guide all his activities in this present regime”.
