Chuks Obianukor was born to the family of Chief Pius Hart Obianukor in Imeogbe Isagbeme Quarters of Idumuje Unor in Aniocha North LGA of Delta State. He attended Nkwo one primary school, Idumuje Unor, Aniocha North LGA. And Asagba Primary school, Asaba, Delta State capital. He then proceeded to Institute of Continuing Education (ICE), Asaba, Delta State.
He graduated with Higher National Diploma( HND) in Banking & Finance from Federal polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State ( Upper Credit). He had bagged Post- Graduate Degree in Economics @ Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State. He had also, bagged his Post- Graduate Degree in
Criminogy and Security@ National Open University. He is currently doing his MSc at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State.
Chuks Obianukor is a household name in Aniocha North LGA and party, Delta State People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta State. He is a seasoned Engineer, Sportsman and administrator. A Senior comrade, Chuks Obianukor became a Business man when he delved into sales of constructions & furniture woods. He later became a general building Contractor, also into Sales and supply.
There after, he went into real Estate & Private sector Partnership Business
With wealth.
He believes that, with the positive impact he had made over the years in Service to humanity; decades of tutulage in grassroot politics, leadership, businesses, and other services to humanity that he would make impact in Aniocha North LGA. Chuks Obianukor is one of the highly distinguished entrepreneurs on Delta and Nigeria in general he can make a great impact at the grassroots level if given the opportunity to serve at the Local Government.
Chuks Obianukor has this to say. He said: “If all the experience I have as a grassroots politicians and as an employer of labour overtime is deployed to serve the grassroots, Aniocha North LGA will witness massive development. No doubt, i understand the importances of Human capital Development.

I have also supported the party and our candidates having donated two Branded Vehicles during the 2019 and 2023 general Elections in Delta State and Nigeria in general”.
