NEW YEAR MESSAGE
Dear Civil Society Actors (State and Non-State Actors), I want in a special note joyfully
welcome you to this year 2024. It is no doubt that the year 2024 will be a great and fruitful year for us.
Delta State Civil Society has been known for years to be vibrant and active both in the
State, National, and International communities and I am optimistic that year 2024 will
birth a progressive Civil Society in Delta State, as we work together for the betterment
and growth of our dear state.
Just like other organizations, Civil Society is not left out of challenges, but great
people/groups become greater in times of challenges, so we shall overcome them.
I want to urge us to continue believing in ourselves, recite your visions and keep working
on your goals; our time of victory is now.
As we begin the year 2024, let’s keep all hopes alive in genuity because tough times don’t
last, tough people do, and as we do so may God keep us safe from death and from every
evil folk. Amen.
Let’s keep fighting for humanity,
Let’s keep rejecting enemies of a better society,
Let Integrity, Accountability, and Love for Humanity continue to be our watchwords.
