Prof Sir Bashiru Aremu, UNESCO Laureate and Vice- Chancellor, Crown University Int’l Chartered Inc., USA With Its Teaching and Research Hospital Campus located at Santa Cruz Province, Argentina South America, with official partners constituent campuses at government regulated universities Worldwide and online operation, has commended the commitment, and efforts of Dr. Sir Samaila Mohammed, Provost of TRCE, Ribah, Kebbi State towards the growth and development of TRCE & MACTEC Colleges of Education, Ribah, Kebbi State, Nigeria as he tasks the Nigerian born Community and Public Health Practitioner on more innovation and creativity in the two higher institutions.
The media learnt this from CUICI VC, World Acclaimed Distinguished Universities Research Professor Sir Bashiru Aremu in a press statement personally signed by him, which was made available to some group of Journalists in Kebbi State by his Executive Assistant on Media, Publicity and Communication Matters, Comrade Sir Bieni Victor Emenike today being on Friday, February 23, 2024 as Prof Sir Bashiru Aremu hails Dr. Sir Samaila Mohammed on innovative ideas in the two colleges.
You could recall that UNESCO Laureate had commended the management, Provosts, First Class students, and the support of the Kebbi State Honourable Commissioner For Higher Education. He also commended the commitment, efforts of Dr. Samaila towards the growth and development of the two colleges. The event took place February 17, 2024, Tanko Ribah College of Education (TRCE), Ribah, Kebbi State & Mahawai College of Business, Science & Technology (MACTEC), Ribah, Kebbi State, a combined 2nd Matriculation Ceremony of the two colleges was celebrated in grand-style in Kebbi State which Dr. Sir Samaila Mohammed is currently the Provost of TRCE, Ribah,Kebbi State.
CUICI VC in the released has hailed Dr. Sir Samaila Mohammed on educational excellence, innovation and creativity as the Provost of the Crown University product, Educationist, Researcher, Writer, Lecturer, College Provost, Community & Public Health Practitioner on global best practices in the both Health and Educational Sectors of Nigerian, global economy towards sustainable health and quality education in Nigeria and globally.
Speaking further, UNESCO Laureate, while hailing Dr. Sir Somaila Mohammad who in February 13, 2023 bagged CUICI, USA, the global University’s Ph.D in Public Health. UNESCO Laureate then described the Nigerian Community & Public Health Manager, Practitioner, expert, Professional, College Provost as a distinguished Epidemiologist, Lecturer, Writer, Educationist who also holds Masters in Public Health from Crown University Int’l Chartered Inc., (CUICI), USA.

Dr. Samaila Muhammad also had his Tertiary education at School of Health Technology, Jega, where he graduated as a Registered community Health Extension Worker in the year 2021. He obtained his BSc in Public Health from Adam Smith University of America in the year 2018”.
“Dr. Samaila Muhammad also, obtained his Advanced Diploma in Health Management from Benue state University, Makurdi, in the year 2010. And Diploma in English Language Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in the 2017. Dr. Samaila Muhammad also, bagged BA in English Language from Hipdet University Cameron. Also, Dr. Samaila Muhammad bagged his Masters in public health from Crown University Int’l chartered Inc., USA. Dr. Samaila Muhammad had attended professional courses in Epidemiology and Monitoring and Evaluation from University of Washington among others.
