Ambassador Uyero Erarawewho Jnr, Special Assistant to Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori On Youth Mobilization, has congratulated the Isoko South LGA Candidate of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Warri Ovoke on his landslide victory as he emerges winner as elected, Executive Chairman of Isoko South LGA in the just concluded Local Government Elections in Delta State.
Governor Oborevwori’s SA On Youth Mobilization who doubles as The State Coordinator, Core Delta Youth in a Statement today on Sunday, July 14, 2024 which was made available to Journalists in Asaba, Delta State capital as Ambassador Erarawhewho Uyero commends Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for keeping to his promises on ensuring free and fair conducts of 2024 LG Polls in Delta State.
You could recall that yesterday being Saturday, July 13, 2024, Delta LG Polls took place in the entire 25 LGAs of Delta State as conducted and results announced by the State electoral body, Delta State Independent Electoral Commission, DSIEC. In Isoko South LGA, the PDP Candidate, Hon Warri Ovoke polled 99,000 votes to defeat his rival, Hon Andrew Fejiro of All Progressive Congress (APC) who polled 2, 673 votes in the election.
Uyero while Congratulating the winner of the election in Isoko South LGA, emerged as the Executive Chairman of Isoko South LGA , Hon. Warri Ovoke, stated that, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has kept his promises of given Deltans free and fair LG Polls.
The astute Youth mobilizer most importantly lauded the people of Isoko South LGA for their massive votes, support to PDP Candidate, Hon Warri Ovoke in the just concluded LG Polls. Also, while commending the success of the exercise, used medium to thank DSIEC leadership, security agencies and other electoral bodies on free and fair, peaceful conducts of yesterday’s election in Delta State.
The world-class and seasoned Youth leader noted further that, Hon Warri Ovoke is well prepared to advance Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s M.O.R.E agenda for all Isoko South people at the grassroots. Uyero added that Isoko South people will surely reap the dividends of democracy as he attested to Ovoke’s competency to deliver on electoral promises anchored on Peace & Security, Entrepreneurship, human capital development and infrastructural development and people-centred policies.
