As part of efforts to strengthen the political fortune of African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Delta State, the Deputy National Chairman, ADC Diaspora Engagement, Hon Kenneth Gbandi has donated a secretariat facilities in duplex, building complex fully equipped for ADC party leadership and members in Oshimili North LGA Chapter, Delta State.
The media this week witnessed this great Political event at Gbandi’s Country home, Akwukwu-lgbo Community, Oshimili North LGA Headquarters, Delta State as Ambassador Dr Raph Okey Nwosu was ranked the first Political Parties National Chairman to visit party members, Commission projects since inception of Democracy in Delta State.
The ADC Oshimili North LGA Party Secretariat office donoted by Hon. Kenneth Chibuogwu Gbandi was Commissioned for use by ADC National Chairman towards the achievement of 2023 contest which ADC as the third force promised to outsmart PDP and APC currently the ruling party in both State and Federal.
No doubt, Hon. Kenneth Chibuogwu Gbandi, a project development consultant an illustrious son of Anioma Nation prior to his appointment as the Leader, ADC DN Diasporan Network, and Deputy National Chairman, Diasporan Engagement was the President, Nigerians in Diaspora, Continental Europe.
Speaking in that occassion, the Delta State Chairman, African Democratic Congress ADC, Hon. Prince Joe Chukwu stated that the he is not surprised with Gbandi,s grassroots activities, he recalled that the party wanted to receive Gbandi at the State capital just few weeks ago but as a Grassroots Politician he said the reception should be his home town of which it was accomplished.
In his words: “Delta ADC Commends our National Chairman, Ambassador Dr Raph Okey Nwosu for coming to Delta State. We are happy with our leader, the Deputy National Chairman, ADC Diaspora Engagement, Hon. Kenneth Chibuogwu Gbandi. He has fulfilled the promise he made before his Grand reception at the grassroots in his country home in Akwukwu, Delta State”.
” He promised Delta ADC that he will join hands with other party stakeholders in Delta State, Nigeria and diaspora to strengthen ADC in his State and Nigeria in general. Today the project, ADC Oshimili North LGA Chapter Secretariat he donated is being Commissioned. We urge all our members in Oshimili North LGA and Delta State in general to be highly committed to ADC’s Political vision of taken over in 2023″.
Hon. Kenneth Chibuogwu Gbandi while presenting his speech in that event, appreciated his ADC National Chairman, Ambassador Dr Raph Okey Nwosu for making the state proud by visiting despite his tight schedule. He graciously thanked all party leaders who came from outside the country, outside the State to grace the occasion. He also commended Delta ADC and Oshimili North LGA Chapter of the party for their support, love and oneness of purpose.
Leader, ADC Diasporan Nigerians Network, and ADC Deputy National Chairman, Diasporan Engagement, Hon Kenneth Chibuogwu Gbandi noted further that the party is in a mission of Political struggle to make Delta State and Nigeria a Haven of Socio-political and economic development for the betterment of her citizens, while thanking everyone for their support, he stated that the ground is set and prepared for the party to take its pride in Delta State.
On Thursday 29th of April was very historic at Akwukwu-lgbo town, Oshimili North LGA Headquarters, Delta State as the National Chairman, African Democratic party, ADC, Ambassador Dr Raph Okey Nwosu while commissioning the party’s LGA Secretariat in Delta State commended Hon. Kenneth Chibuogwu Gbandi for walking the talk as a man of action.
Ambassador Dr Raph Okey Nwosu then praying for the success of his party while Commissioning the Oshimili North LGA Chapter ADC Secretariat, applauded Hon. Gbandi for taken a bold step of supporting the party at the grassroots as a well groomed Politician, while counting the achievements of his Diaspora Political Network leader as the then NIDOE President executed projects that made Nigerians proud. He said: “The prophetic declaration made by Mr. Ikemefuna, one of the Akwukwu-Igbo born Delta ADC grassroots mobilizer who foresaw the party taken over the country, Ambassador Nwosu noted that the gesture must surely come to pass”.
ADC National Chairman also lambasted Federal Government for polarizing Diasporan Nigerians for their selfish goals, while he stated that Hon. Gbandi brought to limelight the potentials of the Diaspora and help brought the actualization of Nigeria Diasporan Commission Initiative with his compatriots which APC government has now rendered ineffectual, politicized and unable to serve its purpose towards socio-economic development of the country.
In his words: ” ADC will continue to partner, give opportunities to Nigerian in Diaspora to grow their Political ambition and quest to bring good Governance to Nigeria. They are our greatest assets. Diasporan Nigerians Revenue Contributions is greater than the Nigerian exports. The present leaders we have in Nigeria are not contributing to our economy. Rather we refer to them as looters of our economy and not developers of our economy”.
” Diasporan Nigerians like Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and so many others, just like Hon. Gbandi are doing our nation Nigeria proud within and outside. Nigeria. Come 2023 as the third force. Nigerians are tired of PDP and APC as Political Parties. By God’s grace ADC is taken over Nigeria. The Revolution has started in Akwukwu-Igbo town, Oshimili North LGA headquarters, Delta State as we are going to grow from strength to strength after today’s Commissioning of this ADC Party Secretariat in Delta State today”.
The event was highly colourful as many Dignitaries, ADC party Chairmen, leaders from the 36 states of the Federation, and FCT, Diasporan Nigerians ADC Network from different countries, especially Germany graced the ADC Oshimili North LGA Chapter Party Secretariat Commissioning in Delta State.
Some of the party stakeholders, party members, Political feelers, Akwukwu-Igbo people who were interviewed by our reporters commended the gestures and promised to support the party, National Chairman, ADC Diaspora Engagement Hon. Kenneth Chibuogwu Gbandi to succeed in the 2023 task for Socio-economic development of the country.
